Telephone Support
SWIFT Certified Engineers are available to provide SWIFT support during business hours (9am to 5pm Monday through Friday).
On-Site Support
When problems cannot be resolved via the phone, Engineers are available to come onsite to resolve any problems.
Discounts are applied to our standard daily charge out rate for all work.
Guaranteed Service
As a FlexiCare client, your calls and work takes preference over non-FlexiCare clients.
A response is guaranteed where we have a local office and negotiated with other clients depending on their location.
