With GlobalReach MAPS you are delivered the messaging applications via thin client Citrix connection and a web browser which is provided through our supplied VPN connection(s). You are also provided with automatic file transfer to upload messages from your back office system in any format. MAPS receives your message, converts it to the correct format and uploads it to SWIFTAlliance for transmission over SWIFTNet. Messages coming from SWIFTNet are also delivered to you via a similar method. This allows you to get on with the tasks in hand leaving our expertise to manage, maintain, archive, backup, patch and upgrade the system keeping you up and running and compliant at all times. You also receive considerable savings over owning your own connection as our service bureau is shared with several institutions giving economy of scale and because no software resides at your site, no onsite calls for upgrades and patches are required.
Our Asian production site is located at a state of the art data centre in Singapore with its disaster recovery facility located in Australia. In turn Australasia's production site is located at a state of the art data centre in Australia with its disaster recovery site located in Singapore. This gives us the unique position of being able to offer cross country and continent resilience. In addition both our production sites are mirrored by backup components illuminating any single points of failure and GlobalReach has therefore been designed to provide a fully redundant infrastructure. UPS, backup diesel generators, gaseous fire suppression and strict access controls help ensure high availability and security and as a SWIFT Regional Partner, our service bureau is audited and certified by SWIFT.
High security devices mandated by Decillion Group ensure the integrity and safety of your data by establishing a secure Virtual Private Network tunnel to the service bureau, encrypting all data in transit. Most importantly GlobalReach is supported and maintained by our highly experienced SWIFT Certified Engineers, who have implemented and supported SWIFT all across Asia, Australia, New Zealand and the South Pacific.
